The Unconventional Journey

Every company starts with a story. For me, it began with a question, a moment of change, and a belief that innovation belongs in everyday life. This is how one idea became my purpose—and the foundation for what I’m building today.

Deep down, I always knew I had a deeper calling. I just didn’t know what form it would take.

My career has spanned several industries—from banking to biotech to insurance and asset management—each one teaching me something essential about innovation, systems, and people.

Starting in banking in the late 902, where I learned how systems, relationships, and business converge to create real value. It taught me how to think about structure, trust, and long-term impact—lessons that continue to shape how I build and lead today.

In Biotech, I saw firsthand how science and human creativity could change lives. As a technology program manager, I wasn’t in a lab, but I was close enough to feel the impact. It changed how I thought about progress. It isn’t always about world-changing discoveries; sometimes it’s about the choices we make every day to live better.

Later, in financial services, I learned how customer insights and feedback shape product development—and how regulation and legislation influence what ultimately reaches consumers and what we’re exposed to every day. It gave me a deeper understanding of how powerful transparency and accountability can be. It also showed me how innovation, when paired with intention, can create real change—an idea that continues to guide how I build, lead, and create today.

Then life shifted. In 2021, I had moved to a new state for a job after nearly a decade of tenure with my prior company, and started over completely. Not long after, I was laid off. It was one of those moments that can shake your sense of direction. But for me, it became the space I needed to rediscover it.

In that pause, I found clarity.

I started with one simple idea: to create products that bring together innovation and wellbeing, where science and daily life meet. What began as a idea with urgency to act, grew into something much larger—a broader mission to create safer, smarter products that empower people to live better, without compromise.

That’s how my company was born—from a sense of purpose and the belief that innovation belongs in our homes just as much as in labs and board rooms.

During my corporate hiatus, I spent several months refining my invention, filing a patent application and performing the R&D including building a prototype for what is now known as the SacrdShield(R)

Today, that single idea has grown into a company built around curiosity, care, and the pursuit of better. Each product we create reflects the same conviction that small, thoughtful innovations can create real change.

Because I’ve come to believe that progress doesn’t only happen at a global scale. It happens at the individual level. It begins when we, as consumers, refuse to accept “normal” as good enough. When we question, demand transparency, and choose differently. Real change begins with what we’re willing to challenge.

Looking back, every career shift, every risk, and every setback was part of my discovery process. That deeper calling I always felt? This is it.

Sometimes, the most transformative journeys start with a quiet knowing—and the courage to follow it.
